On February 12, 2024, Chair Jeff Knoll of the Halton Police Board issued an open letter to the Attorney General of Ontario regarding the current state of the Milton Courthouse.
The ongoing deficiencies at the Milton Courthouse are causing repeated closures due to health and safety concerns.
If members of the public have concerns regrading the state of the courthouse they are encouraged to contact their local Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) regarding this matter.
