On March 1 2024, Ted Arnott, MPP for Wellington-Halton Hills issued a letter to the Attorney General of Ontario in support of the Boards letter issued February 12, 2024, regarding the current state of the Milton Courthouse.
The ongoing deficiencies at the Milton Courthouse are causing repeated closures due to health and safety concerns.
If members of the public have concerns regrading the state of the courthouse they are encouraged to contact their local Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) regarding this matter.
