If you’d like to file a complaint regarding the conduct of a police officer, please complete the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA) Form or contact LECA at 1-877-411-4773 or [email protected] . 

If you’d like to file a complaint about the police services we provide, or a complaint about a board member, please contact the Ontario Inspectorate of Policing.  The online complaint form can be found here.  Complaints can also be submitted via email or phone to: [email protected], or 1-888-333-5078.

The Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA) deals with complaints about the conduct of police officers, special constables with the Niagara Parks Commission, and peace officers in the Legislative Protective Service.
