The Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA) deals with complaints about the conduct of police officers, special constables with the Niagara Parks Commission, and peace officers in the Legislative Protective Service.
To file a complaint online, complete the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency Form. If you cannot complete the online form please contact LECA at 1-877-411-4773 or [email protected].

You can file a complaint about the Board or Board members with the Ontario Inspectorate of Policing. The online complaint form can be found here. Complaints can also be submitted via email or phone to: [email protected], or 1-888-333-5078.
The Board is accountable to both the community and to the Ontario Inspectorate of Policing.
